GPI Claims we are a claims management company who specialise in financial mis-selling complaints.
We specialise in Investment & Pension and general Banking complaints. We have over 35 collective years in the Banking/Investment Industry under our belt and over 15 years the Claims Management Industry which means you can rest assured your claim is in good hands.

Our claims process.
This is simple and we have kept the paperwork to the minimum.
Initial contact via telephone or email to gather information on your investment, pension, loan or account.
You will be sent our Terms and Conditions together with Letters of Authority to sign and return.
Using your signed Letters of Authority we will contact the company that provided the advice for any additional information we require. Once we receive adequate information we will then be able to establish if a viable claim can be made.
A report would be written in reference to a complaint for a mis-sold investment, pension, loan or account.
If the claim is successful you would then be contacted regarding the offer made by the company.
The above process would normally take 8 -10 weeks for completion. In certain cases, this process can take longer.
